About Angela Ian

Hello! My name is Angela Ian Tam, a storyteller and illustrator living in San Francisco. My favorite color is yellow! I love to travel and write down little notes to remind myself of how I felt about the places that I visited. These little notes are memories that I come back to in the future – just like a time capsule!

My books are about myself as a child and the imaginary worlds that I love living in. There is no better place than the world in which you can create wonders and surprises that reflect life in an imaginative way, solving everyday problems through the lens of curiosity and possibility.
